GLA CORPORATE TRAINING

GLA Corporate Training is delivered either online or offline per their client request or with collaboration with its key strategic Training Provider partners both locally and abroad and is usually customized for in-company training for management, engineers and executives at all levels of the company in Malaysia, Vietnam, the United Kingdom or other countries.

The corporate training is designed to address specific issues affecting the company and will incorporate the sharing of business, management, leadership or finance and accounting concepts and the use of practical coaching, facilitation, workshop exercises, case studies and gaming activities to enhance the learning.

A Pre-training meeting session between the training consultant and the company representative will be conducted to ensure that the course outline is designed to meet the needs and expectations of the company.

A Post-training Counselling Session will be conducted with the representative of the client company to discuss the issues identified and an action plan for improvement if required.

A Post training report will be submitted to the respective management of the client company upon request.
